D-Star and IRLP/Echolink on Isaacs operational again.

A visit to the Isaacs Ridge repeater site today successfully restored both the D-Star repeater gateway and the IRLP/Echolink functions on their respective repeaters.

The D-Star repeater itself on 146.6625 MHz was already operational. This visit has restored the ability for the repeater to link to other repeaters, reflectors and users.

The 439.950 MHz analogue repeater was also previously operational, but the IRLP/Echolink functionality was not working. The IRLP/Echolink system was reset and appears to be operating normally now.
